ภาพประกอบ FinanceHub: AI Accounting — document reading, matching and issuing

Most accounting time goes on three things: keying data from documents, chasing which payment belongs to which invoice, and finding the document you need. FinanceHub hands all three to AI: it reads tax invoices, receipts and bank statements into entries you can check, matches money in and out to its documents, and keeps every document searchable in one place. It also issues the full Thai set, from quotation, invoice and tax invoice to withholding-tax certificate, with accounts and tax summarised on one dashboard. Whatever the AI does, an accountant confirms before it is posted.

Who it is for
Businesses, accounting firms and finance teams with a large monthly flow of documents, who must issue the full Thai document set and want to stop keying and reconciling by hand

AI reads accounting documents instead of keying

Photograph, scan or send in a PDF, and AI reads tax invoices, receipts, invoices and bank statements into fields ready to post: the partner's name and tax ID, date, document number, pre-tax amount, VAT and line items, with a suggested account and expense category. Any field the AI is unsure of is highlighted for the accountant first; nothing is posted without a person confirming it.

  • Reads Thai and English documents, from photos, scans and PDFs.
  • Checks the 13-digit tax ID and the elements a valid tax invoice must carry.
  • Documents can come in from the web, by email or over LINE.

Automatic matching and reconciliation

The slowest part of closing the month is working out which document each payment belongs to. The system matches bank statement lines to invoices and receipts itself, by amount, date, partner and reference, including a customer paying several invoices at once or paying short after withholding tax. On the purchasing side it matches purchase order, goods receipt and invoice (3-way) and flags only the lines where quantity or price disagree, so the team reviews exceptions instead of every line.

  • Many-to-one matches, and differences caused by withholding tax or bank fees.
  • Anything that cannot be matched waits in a queue for a person to decide.
  • Duplicate documents and invoices paid twice are caught.

Every accounting document in one place

Every document, issued or received, is tied to its entry, partner and project, and can be found by number, partner, amount, or a plain Thai question such as "the September rent tax invoice". There is an approval flow and a history of who changed what and when, ready for the auditor or the tax filing without anyone gathering files by hand.

  • The original file is kept beside the data the AI read from it.
  • Expense approval steps by amount.
  • VAT (P.P.30) and withholding-tax (P.N.D.) reports exported for filing.

The full set of documents, joined up along one line

Paperwork at a Thai company does not stop at the invoice; a tax invoice and a withholding tax certificate always follow. FinanceHub puts all four document types on the same line: start with a quotation, convert it into an invoice, then convert that into a tax invoice without retyping the same information. Each document carries a status from draft through to paid, and comes with a full set of commands: update status, produce a PDF as both original and copy, edit, duplicate as a new document, or delete.

  • Issue Quotations, Invoices, Tax Invoices and withholding tax certificates in one system
  • Convert an invoice into a tax invoice, or duplicate an existing document as a new one
  • Produce PDFs as both original and copy
  • Track document status from draft through to paid

One dashboard for the whole accounting and tax picture

The front page gathers the figures a business owner has to look at every month: the value of quotations still outstanding, net cash flow, revenue actually collected, total expenses, profit and margin, together with a six-month revenue chart and the most recent documents and expenses. It can be filtered by month and year.

Below that is a tax summary bar separating output VAT, input VAT and the net VAT still payable, along with withholding tax both withheld from the company and withheld by it from others. These are the same figures needed at filing time, so there is no second round of adding up from separate files.

  • Summary of quotations, cash flow, revenue, expenses, profit and margin
  • Tax summary bar: output VAT, input VAT, the balance, and WHT on both sides
  • Six-month revenue chart and the latest documents and expenses
  • Filter the data by month and year

Projects, clients and team tracked in the same place as the books

The system ties documents to projects, so you can see which piece of work the money already invoiced belongs to. The projects page summarises the total number of projects, the number of clients and the number of people on the team, splitting status into Active, Completed, On Hold and Cancelled, along with a success rate, so conversations about the work and conversations about the money draw on the same data.

  • Documents linked to projects and clients
  • Project status split into Active / Completed / On Hold / Cancelled
  • Client and team member records managed in the same system

AI-drafted proposals and OCR for financial documents

The two most time-consuming jobs in this cycle are drafting the proposal at the start and keying in expense documents at the end. The system includes AI Generate Proposal, which drafts a Thai-language proposal as an outline, covering the Executive Summary and the objectives of the work, which you can then regenerate, copy for further use, or download. On the expense side, OCR reads financial documents and pulls the data into the system instead of typing it in. A person still reviews and makes the final decision, but nobody has to start from a blank page.

  • AI Generate Proposal drafts a Thai proposal with an Executive Summary and objectives
  • Regenerate, copy or download the result
  • OCR reads financial documents to record expenses

What it does

  • AI reads tax invoices, receipts, invoices and bank statements: tax IDs, VAT and line items
  • Suggests the account and expense category for every entry, for an accountant to confirm
  • Bank reconciliation: statement lines matched to invoices and receipts automatically
  • Purchase order, goods receipt and invoice matching (3-way), with differences flagged
  • Checks for duplicate documents, mismatched totals and incomplete tax invoices
  • An accounting document library, searchable by number, partner, amount or plain Thai, with history
  • Quotation, invoice, tax invoice and withholding-tax certificate in one system
  • Dashboard of income, expenses, cash flow and a VAT in / VAT out / WHT summary
