What we do
Four areas: building AI solutions, analysing data, training teams, and putting the infrastructure in place to run it.
AI Solutions Integration
We focus on building and delivering modern technology solutions (AI and Generative AI in particular) and on fitting them into the processes an organisation already runs. Most of our work starts from the things people repeat every day: reading documents, answering the same questions again, pulling data together into a summary, or guessing what next month will bring. We turn those into systems that can do the work instead, while keeping every step open for a person to check the result.
Data Strategy Analytics Solutions
We provide in-depth data analysis and design the dashboards and summary reports that support business strategy effectively. The problem we usually meet is not a lack of data, but data spread across so many systems that nobody can say where the business stands right now. Our job is to bring it all together into a single picture you can open and make a decision from within a few minutes.
Learning & Transformation
We build skills and carry organisations through change with learning and workshops that keep pace with the tools people genuinely use: Generative AI in everyday work, automation built with n8n and Make.com, the adoption of agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork and Codex, and an AI programme for the executives who have to decide where to invest first. Every course is designed to be hands-on: participants use their own work as the exercise and leave with something they can carry on using the next day, not just a set of summary slides.
Cloud & Data Platform
We set up and look after the infrastructure that everything else has to stand on, AI included: cloud setup and ongoing management, firewalls and TLS certificates, the path a release takes into production and how it scales, data pipelines and ETL, IoT, and the internal platforms a team works in every day. What running our own estate has taught us is that the job is not finished on the day a system goes live. It is finished when the system comes back on its own after a restart, renews its own certificates without anyone remembering to, and someone knows where to look when it stops.
